Baseball Background: I grew up in Rochester, MN playing baseball at a very early age. (I actually had great hands as a fetus.) I played little league, Babe Ruth, Mickey Mantle, High school and legion ball.
Attended and Graduated from Rochester Mayo H.S. (‘76-‘79) playing on 4 separate State Tourney teams (Never won the title but came close in 1979).
Went on to college at the U of M ('79 to '83), and played summer baseball for the Rochester Royals from 1979 through 1984.
I moved to Minneapolis in 1987 and played softball four or five nights per week until I discovered senior baseball and the Federal league in 1995.
I spent eight seasons with the Prior Lake Pirates before joining the Saints in 2002. I was lured to the Saints by super recruiter John Noonan. The allure of big money and guaranteed playing time was too great to pass up (actually the Saints were the only suitor, but don't tell John) and I became a Saint forever.

Hobbies: My beautiful family Jennifer, Sophie and Grace!!!!!!! (It's tough being the only guy in the house!)
